Having recently moved into the Online world I am not sure what to see in my solutions area when the latest updates for April 'Dynamics CRM 2020 release wave 1' are applied. I recently updated this release into my Test environment via Early Access and was shocked to see 16 new solutions being added. We are on the Customer Service product and earlier only had the few minimum solutions applied in our product(Around 5 in total). Can someone let me know if this same scenario of addition of 16 new solutions be replicated in our other environments including Production as well ? This is certainly going to fill up the solutions area ! Why do they add so many and I dont think we need all this as well. Any pointers or info on this would be useful.
