Error during Business central integration with Dynamics 365 - Admin account references invalid

During the standard procedure to integrate Business Central with Dynamics 3765 for Sales I receive an error saying that the admin account (Dynamics 365 Sales administrator) used to complete the procedure is invalid.

The solution has already been installed on dynamics 365 sales following the documentation:
https://docs.microsoft.com/it-it/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/prepare-dynamics-365-for-sales-for-integration#InstallNavSolution

I have already checked that:

- The admin user has a valid license for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan - Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprice Edition
- The admin user I'm trying to connect with has the following two roles in the CRM environment I'm trying to connect to: "System Administrator" and "System Customization"
- The multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been disabled on the admin user.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

    Hello,

    Please see:

    More information here:

You can download later CU here (recommended to use latest. latest one is CU34):

There are no workarounds or other mitigations steps related to this. It has been announced for quite some time now that this is going to be deprecated by Office 365 / Dataverse product group.

    Thank you.
