Dear All 

we face this error when open the report for some of client not all of them some people work fine and some other got this massage can any one help me

    Hi Atef,

    Did you try to look at the report server itself for possible more event or SQL logs which can explain this issue? Are the credentials/permissions correct? Do you have latency which could cause a timeout?
