Interactive Service Hub problem lookup queue

Hello,

When creating an email activity (email) the lookup shows us only users, its not possible to select either users or queues. Only users are available.

Within standard GUI the lookup points to Users AND Queues.

Anyone has an idea what went wrong ?

    Verify Queue Entity is enabled for mobile under entity settings.

    Also add the Queue Entity, views in assets/artifacts for that app in App designer.

    If you use any custom security role to access, verify the entity privileges.

    Thanks a lot !!

    Queue was disabled for mobile, that was the problem.

    But somehow i do not get the point how this could be related with Interactive Service Hub. I wanted to disable queue for mobile to avoid to many entities are displayed within the mobile app...
