PDC Received is not cleared while processing "Settle Clearing Entries" in PDC Receipt Master [ Accounts Receivables]

Hello,

The matured PDC is not getting cleared from the pending list while doing "Settle Clearing Entries" on PDC receipt master.

While tracing the sql, i found that there is no record in the table LEDGERTRANSFURTHERPOSTING for the field "AccountNum".

Kindly advise.

    Hello Murugan Shivananantha Perumal, Has this worked before or is it the first time you receive this error? If this is the first time you receive this error and based on what you mentioned, I would check LCS first for a possible hotfix. See e.g. fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results;v=16_15_7_5_4_3_1&i=2_1_3_4&ct=1_3_5_4_2_6&ft=1_2_3&cu=&pi=&pm=&pc=&x=0&y=0

    Hi Ludwig,

    This AX 2012 R2 System is in use since 2013 and this issue is new as well.

    Please advise.

    Hi Murugan Shivananantha Perumal,

    If it worked fine before all over the years there must be some change/modification on your system that causes the problem. Can you check with your system admins / developers whether they implemented a change/modification recently that might cause this issue?
