export all active trade agreements for a specific customer

Very new to AX and working my way through pricing & trade agreements. I have hundreds of customers. I have about 8 different line discount groups that each of those customers fall into. Within that, some customers get additional percentage discounts on certain items. I have to enter all these lines multiple times, some in yards, some in meters, some in feet, because AX doesn't seem to convert prices between units, or at least I've not found out how, but forget about that, I'm hoping our vendors can explain how to edit in excel and import back into AX, without that, I'm hosed....

Currently, when we anticipate a price increase, say 5% increase in 3 months, we let our customers know and send them a future dated pricelist. This is all currently handled in excel, and i was hoping to be able to utilize AX to avoid the random type-o's that happen today.

If I can export a customers pricelist from AX, showing all products and the pricing applied, including those custom discounts specific customers get, I can write an excel macro to format the report. I just can't figure out how to export all of a specific customers prices / trade agreements...

appreciate any help - thanks.

For AX2012 Look at the form Accounts receivable\common\Customers\All Customers

    then go to tab 'sell'

There is a group there called 'Trade agreements'

With the option to 'send electronically' where you can select a pricelist.

The only thing I couldn't find right now is how to send this pricelist by batch to all customers at ones. If it isn't in Ax it shouldn't be to hard to develop.

    Hi,

you can see the price list where Boye tells you.

Don't forget the CTRL+T option (if you're new) -> it will export directly to Excel and then you can build your own pivot table (or macro if you need to).

You can also see the existing trade agreement from a product (from the released products > sell tab, you should have a trade agreement view).

    okay great thank you both.

If I'm getting this error when sending electronically, does that mean my sys-admin needs to configure network path still? Or could it mean my credentials don't have the security needed?

Check the folder for the outbound port.

Open : System Administration > Setup > Services And Application Integration Framework > Outbound Ports

    RjBeals,

Did you get this to work? The AIF service likely needs to be setup. I would appreciate if you're able to share the details if you have the export running.

    Thanks in advance.

Haven't gotten that far yet. Our go live date was postponed for other reasons.  If/when we reach this point, I'll reference this thread and update results.
