Hello everybody,

it seems we cannot get out of a problem we are facing.

We have 90% Sales Professional licences and 10%  Team Member licences. Our CRM worked fine and didn't have problems with import and stuff like that.

The problem poped-up when a 'save and new' button had to be added to our custom entity. We added the button and everything worked in dev-environmen.We did some changes in two of our solution. The first one with the button and the function it didn't give problems while importing it into test-environment. The second solution with the quick view (where the button it's supposed to show) it gives us the following message error:

But if we go into the history lable of the PoweApps environment we get this error code specification:

We didn't find anywhere the 80048547 error specification. Now we've searched everywhere to understand what does it mean entity for Microsoft CRM, thought it was a table (a table with all it's components like views, fields and forms).

We have only 11 custom tables but in our dev-environment it says we have 33 custom entities. (we have checked it going inside Settings >> Administration >> Resources in Use)!!

So what does it mean entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM? It's a table? A Form? both? How can I count the custom entities? (One entity eq 1 OR One entity + one form+ one view of the same entity  eq 3??)

I'll leve here also our Sales Team Member Model Driven App:

Ideally it should count entity only. but it is under the resources so may be it is counting form and view as well. I did not find any documentation on MS site for this.

You can raise ticket with MS for more clarification.

Where did you end up with MS Support on this one?
