Post Survey Messages seem to have stopped working

Hi. 

I have post survey messages set up on 30 plus surveys, however they have stopped working and been replaced with 'thanks for your feedback'.

I can't work out how to activate them.

The text is there in the design tab but not displayed when the actual survey is completed.

Any thoughts?

    It's strange, can you please tray raising ticket to MS so that you can get a better clarity
