How is Skill (characteristics) is associated with case

I am using customer service admin app where i have created a skill. I am using unified routing to route cases. My plan is to use work classification in Workstream to associate the skill to the case. I can see the skill is being associated with the case in the routing hub.

My question is what is the table where this association is stored so that i can query the table programmitically?
