Invoice Discount Amount field

During Quotation, if we are planning to give Dis. amount on Total sales lines ..we need to go to action ribbon and then in statistics page needs to specify the amount.

Is it possible that just " Invoice amount value " filed can be taken in sales quote page along with other fields and just we need to mention the amount and rest it does as defined by NAV.

I tried but it always pops up the Statistics page and I can see the complete page which i don't want any sales person to see except one single field.

Hope I am clear with my question, please let me know if more explanation needed

Please advise

Thanks

Rishi

If you need to use Total Amount as discount, the only way is Sales Quite Statistics (field 'Inv. Discount Amount'). By standard, on Sales Quote Header, you can add only discount as percent.

Field 'Inv. Discount Amount' is on Sales Quote Header, but it is not so easy only to add on Sales Quote page. There is some functionality and if you want it, the best way is to ask your implementation partner.
