Bulk edit accounts

We are looking to bulk edit accounts in dynamics 365 - we have a slight conundrum whereby building the logic in advanced find is unrealistic due to post codes. 
 
We have around 15,000 records that need updating specifically on the account owner field. 
 
Is there an easier way to carry out this procedure without having to edit SQL tables? we are looking to mitigate cost and time and do this in house.

    Bulk edit accounts
    You can create one workflow to update records and assign owner.
    And you can use 'Bulk Workflow Execution' tool to execute this workflow..
