Hey,

I am trying to create one Work Order Product (same product) for multiple work orders in Field Service Module, I am having a error as below. Can anyone help me with

Error - "There can't be two active records for the same warehouse, product, and unit."

1. What makes a work order product unique ?

2. The below are the 3 OOTB  plugins causing this issue

Field Service: Create (post-operation) for msdyn_workorderproduct]

Field Service: Create (post-operation) for msdyn_inventoryjournal]

Field Service: Update (pre-operation) for msdyn_productinventory]

I'm faced with this same error message, and this post is the only thing I've found that mentions it.  In my cases, it's been happening when through Dual-Write updates from D365 F&O to CE:
    • When trying to receive a PO:
      • Unable to write data to entity msdyn_purchaseorderproducts.Writes to PurchPurchaseOrderLineCDSEntity failed with error message Request failed with status code BadRequest and CDS error code : 0x80040265 response message: There can't be two active records for the same warehouse, product, and unit.
    • When a PO approval workflow is trying to complete:
      • Unable to write data to entity msdyn_purchaseorders.Writes to PurchPurchaseOrderHeaderV2Entity failed with error message Request failed with status code BadRequest and CDS error code : 0x80040265 response message: There can't be two active records for the same warehouse, product, and unit.
Has anyone out there had any luck in determining what kind of records this is referring to, or how to overcome it?
