Cursor Not Focussing in Search Field in Nav 2016

Hi, I am facing one issue, in Nav 2016 Web Client , some times user is not able get the focus on Search Box, but when the same user is login from other system he is able to get the focus.

Can anybody advise on this.

    Facing same issue in our company - random users are unable to focus on Search box using Google Chrome browser client - works fine in Microsoft Edge browser client

    Which browser are you using ? try to enable the javascript for the browser and try.

    yes, we are facing exactly like that only.

    Chrome is giving problem , where as Internet Explorer is working fine.

    Hi,

    we use Google Chrome. Since the latest Update (Version 62.0.3202.94 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)) it's no longer possible to search in NAV-WebClient. We use NAV 2017.

    With an older build it worked just fine.

    Can you assist?

    Hi,

    I just tried the latest Chrome Update (Beta Version) with this everything is back to normal and works just fine again!

    So either wait for the next Update, go get the beta-build or roll back to the last version of Chrome.
