How do I hide/remove items from a box? CRM is showing draft products

Hello everyone,

We have a powerapp that pulls products from Microsoft Dyanmics CRM. This is working fine, but the thing is that it's showing everything including draft products that aren't published or old products that aren't being sold anymore. Which just makes for a giant list to scroll through and it's not good.

I thought the CRM is not supposed to show draft products?

Please use filter function to filter the records in powerapps.

Hello Pradeep, thanks for responding. I'm not sure what you want me to change in the list though as this is what it currently has:

Dropdown2_1 is referring to the dropdown box on the left, the one that lists all the products and bundles instead of just the ones I want.
