I have had two users in the last few days both run into the same issue, and it is stumping me!
Out of nowhere they get the error that "No apps are assigned to this security role." I've quadruple checked, and their role hasn't changed during this period. The role they have, gives them access to model driven apps, and all the entities in the app etc. Other users within the business unit or with the same role have not reported this error, but I can confirm it's to do with permission level. If I give the user "System customizer" or higher privileges, they can access our main UI app.
Both users had the same role, but were in different business units.
The first user came back from the weekend to find it fixed. (I had tried copying their role and applying that on a Friday, and Monday it was working. I tried the same for the second user, but they are still unable to access the app without expanded permissions.
Any ideas of where I could look to fix my default role up? Or is this an honest to goodness bug?
