Hello,
While researching D365 FO SLA, we noticed there are two stated uptime percentages.
1. The D365 F0 Cloud deployment section Uptime is guaranteed at 99.5%.
2. In the "Service Level Agreement for Microsoft Online Services May 1, 2018" it is stated that if uptime < 99.9%, then the service credit of 25% is applied.
Does that mean that 99.5% carries 25% service credit?
Also, the formula for uptime is defined as:
"Monthly Uptime Percentage: The Monthly Uptime Percentage for a given Active Tenant in a calendar month is calculated using the following formula:
(User Minutes -Downtime) x 100/ User Minutes
where Downtime is measured in user-minutes; that is, for each month, Downtime is the sum of the length (in minutes) of each Incident that occurs during that month multiplied by the number of users impacted by that Incident."
How is the number of users impacted by the incident determined? Let's say all MPOS are impacted. Will all retail licensed users be counted or just MPOS?
Thank you.
