HI Everyone,
I have a customer journey where we create a task based on a link clicked, when this assigned task has been completed they need to automatically enter in a segment and receive an email.
What I've thought of is the following:
The problem exists between creating the task, and completing the task after the 2nd trigger and this contact going into the segment.
Is this something that would be possible with workflow?
Any suggestions would be welcome,
