Hi- what is the recommended approach for feeding cases created in Dynamics back into our internal activity store?

No, there is an internal system that also captures cases, so being able to show the Dynamics cases in there so that people have visibility into them
Thinking either batch job or webhooks would probably work
Are they MSD Users? if yes then you can show them easily by providing the access.
