Marketing Form Submission Submission Status "Pending"

Hey guys, 

i am just configuration the marketing app and tested some Portal and Marketing App things. 

I have created a basic offers page where you can subscribe to a newsletter (subscription list).

If I look in the marketing app under "marketing formular" in the tab "form submissions", all attempted submissions will be marked as "Pending".

Even those i have tested yesterday. 

Can anyone help me with this issue?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem on my marketing form. All the submission has the status "Pending". The weard thing is that this form has worked earlier. Then we did an update, it worked after the update, but the day after it stopped.

    So I follow this post and see if anyone has the answer.

    I have also tried to do this.

    Hi Sluedeke,

    1. Could you share following information of your marketing application?

    - version

    - CRM region

    2. What's more:

    - Is even a simple submit(first name, last name and email) pending?

    - It only happens for contact or both with lead?

    - Did you host marketing form on Portal?

    3. Finally, try to find whether there was update available for marketing application in Dynamics 365 Administration Center.

    Sins I have the same problem and the submission on the form is still pending. I will update my information and anser the question above.

    Version: 9.1.0000.11139

    Region: Norway (Europe)

    Yes even a simple submit is pending (first name, last name and email)

    We have the form to Only update Leads

    Yes I have hosted it on an external Portal

    There is no update available but we have done an update recently and after that the form stopped working.

    And yes even simple forms keep pending..

    Thanks for you feedback.

    I've tested in crm(North America) and crm5(APAC) but didn't encounter your issue.

    crm

    version: 9.1.0000.10968

    client: 1.3.2539-191219-202838

    crm5

    version: 9.1.0000.11434

    client: 1.3.226-1911.4

    I havn't EU region account so I couldn't reproduce your issue.

    As what you've shared, both of your version are 9.1.0000.11139 and region is EU,

    and have similar other issues(submission is pending even simple submit)

    so I suggest opening a support ticket for help.

    I have the same problem. All forms are stuck as pending.

    We have the latest version of the Marketing app, made no changes to the forms, website, field mapping whatsoever and a few days ago it all just stopped working all of a sudden.

    I did a test with a very simple form hosted on a new marketing page and these submissions are also stuck in pending....

    Yes & Yes

    We installed an update to the marketing app somewhere in December and the forms worked afterwards.

    I don't know if there was maybe a small update that was pushed by Microsoft without manual install?

    I've raised a ticket with Microsoft support and have spent already 2 hours of talking with someone who barely speaks english & has no clue how CRM or the marketing module works

    The problem has been resolved.

    As sudden as the problem arised, without doing anything, it has also now been resolved without doing anyting.

    Beware that you do need to go to each Marketing Form and under form submissions, select the still pending ones and 'retry submission'
