Sending survey to marketing list members

Hello
We recently started working a lot more with Marketing Lists in Dynamics 365 salesforce. This also created the need/wish to be able to send survey's to members of a given marketing list (similar to the btn on other entities). Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi

I want to send a Customer Voice survey to all members of a given marketing list.

i.e. I have marketing list A and on the we have customer B & C. Instead of manually typing them in when sending from Customer Voice, I want to be able to select all of them at once and send a survey to them, thus saving me a substantial amount of manual labour.

, Customer Voice uses Power Automate flows to manage the send action. So, once you have created your project and your survey(s), you would go to the Send tab in the survey. You will see 5 options:

If you click Automation you will see a list of template flows:

For reasons I fail to understand, there isn't a template for Marketing Lists, so you will need to start from blank and connect to your org, get the records from the marketing list you want, add the step for Customer Voice Send a Survey, choose your project, survey, and email template, and complete other fields as needed for your purposes. Then when members are added or modified on the marketing list the survey will be sent.

This YouTube video explains how to setup it up in Power Automate so that you can send a Customer Voice survey to marketing list members and have the responses written back to the CRM record of the individual. It helped me get it setup.
