Hey guys.
In outbound marketing, I create targeting by only picking up members who submit the form. It works, the problem is that I want to get the leads, not the contacts. However, I can't find where I can change this.
As a solution, I see that in real-time marketing, I can select whether I want leads or contacts (at the time I create the segmentation).
However, I don't think it's the right field to target potential customers who submitted a certain form.
Can someone help me?

Hi Shenkx - if you have only used Outbound Marketing, then you cannot use the Lead itself to send any communication to. You can only target Leads if you are using Real-time Marketing. If you haven't already started looking at Real-time Marketing, it would be worth understanding first of all how consent works, and know that your emails and Journeys would all need to be created in the Real-time Marketing area.
It really depends on what your requirements are as to what approach to take next.

I am afraid that you can't create targeting without contacts.
The Customer Journey communications can only be sent to/run against Contacts and segments are based on contacts.
This means that you can target Leads in your segment but also you will need to select a Lead -> Contact relationship to retrieve the related contact record a lead.
