I have this workflow set up and after a upgrade it is no longer updating the county record. I can not using mapping because I need it to move backwards the update needs to be Contact Address -> Crisis Form. I'm having trouble trying to figure out a solution to get this working again.

Also what is the trigger point of your workflow...
Who is the owner of your workflow, please check of owner is disabled/security role is removed from workflow owner

Is the process running in the background? If yes, then check the processing sessions. (Note: To see the process sessions that were completed successfully, you need to disable the option [Automatically delete completed workflow jobs (to save disk space)].)
Can you find your process session with the status reason 'success'?
