Can we use Customer Insights Sync to write data (like Account, Contact, Opportunities, etc) to Azure Blob storage? Looks like data export service dos the same thing. Any insights will be appreciated.

As Microsft Docs noted that you could create a Continuous Export to store the data in Azure Blob storage:

Community Blog on step by step export data from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to Azure blob storage. Available for export entities includes system-generated entities and custom measures. You could select individual entities or all of the entities for export.
