D365 app for outlook change login

Hi,

We use the D365 app for outlook.
Some users have logged in with the wrong credentials when opening the D365 panel.
I have not been able to clear this login or remove it.
Due to the CRM user email and outlook email being different they are unable to track in the mailbox.
Is there a way to clear all cached logins or clear the loginsession that they can login again with the correct user?

The only way I have found so far is to reinstall the laptop but I cant do this every time this issue shows up.
I tried reinstalling office, did not help
Clearing browser cache did not help
I tried the logout from all microsoft sessions option in O365 but this only helped 1 day, afterwards the app automatically logs in with the wrong user again.

    Hello User,

Are you facing this issue now only? How it was working previously with the different email addresses ?

    Thank you,

found a solution to reset credential in another thread:

    1. Close Outlook
    2. Navigate to the %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef folder
    3. Delete or Rename the 'webview2' folder.
    4. Open Outlook
    5. Click on an email in the impacted mailbox
    6. Click on the Dynamics 365 add-in button
    7. Sign-in as the department/impacted user account.

It seems Microsoft quarantines the notification mails from the forum :D
I tried the solution and this seems to work, no longer need to reinstall the PC.
This will not cleanup when you reinstall office hence the reason why that did not resolve the issue.

    Thanks!
