Adding transactional email

Hello;

I wanted to know that how can I add transactional email in customer journey????

as I am able to see only commercial mails in customer journey.

I have the same question (0)

    If you set the Journey's Minimum Consent to Transactional you will be able to send transactional messages in a journey

    Its on the General tab..

    Hi Riskal,

    In order to add a transactional email to the customer journey:

    1) Add an email tile into a CJ.

    2) Select your transactional email in the Email field on the right, or create a new transactional email by clicking "New Marketing Email" link at the bottom (see below screenshots):
