Not possible to add attachments in sales order

After updtate to BC23 we can not add attachment in Sales order. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this? In sandbox it works.

    If you personalize the page, do you see the Attachment Factbox as an option to add it to the Page? Its possible its just hidden in your user personalization or profile:

    Hi, I checked the production environment of BC23 and it is available by default. If you have tried Valentin's method and it still cannot be displayed, this may be caused by customization. You can uninstall all extensions and try again, or contact the developer directly.

    Hi,
     
    I have tested on my demo sandbox environment, it is possible to attach Document by default, and my demo environment version is Business Central 23.1.
    It may caused by any extensions for your issue, please uninstall the extension and then try it again.
