How can you enable suggestions option on opportunity line item to look for related product relationships to Up Sell or Cross-Sell, substitute or add a accessories.

I have build a relationship with product and all the related products are in the same price list however i'm missing suggestions option on opportunity line items.

Please post me if you can find the detail relationship documents about the limitations like one product can have one relationship with other product and vice versa.

Hi Sandeep,

In the Product form, under Addition Details tab, make sure it has Product Relationships.

Then in the Opportunity form, select an Opportunity Line record of the sub-grid, and click ··· you will see Suggestions option.

This way you can select the related products.

If you cannot see Suggestions option, please check if this sub-grid is the OOTB Opportunity Line sub-grid. You can also create a new Opportunity main form and see if the new form has the Suggestions option.
