How to create AIF service using existing service class CustCustomerService - AX2009

Posted on by 1,319
Hi All,

We wanted to create Inbound port like AX 2012 for Customers Master data update from third party application using AIF services in AX 2009.

We are able to find the existing service class /CustCustomerService/ but unbale to find the Inbound Ports in /Application Integration Framework/ like AX 2012.

we need to get the WSDL url to provide it to third party application team to use it , and send the Customers Master data updates.

Please advice how we can configure the Inbound Port to get the WSDL URL.

Regards,
Akbar

The setup is a bit different in AX 2009 then in AX 2012. Inbound ports were introduced in AX 2012, replacing a more complicated setup in AX 2009 (and AX 4.0).

Unfortunately it's many years since I worked with AX 2009 for the last time, therefore I don't remember details. You should find all setup under Basic > Setup > Application Integration Framework.
