Dynamics Knowledge Article Feedback Count - Display in Case vs Expanded and Analytics

Wondering if anyone has found a fix for this issue.......

Looking at an Article within a Case - the feedback/rating and views are always the same count even when this is not the case:

However, when you expand or look at the analytics in the article itself, it shows the correct number:

Another example, where count is the same (329) but when you expand and then look at analytics it's doing what it's supposed to do (4 feedback, 1 positive 3 negative):

    Yes, the issue is that in the search window, the thumbs ups and view counts are exactly the same when that isn't the case.

    The last update on the screenshot shows the time you expanded to look at the analysis results?
