Wondering if anyone has found a fix for this issue.......
Looking at an Article within a Case - the feedback/rating and views are always the same count even when this is not the case:
However, when you expand or look at the analytics in the article itself, it shows the correct number:
Another example, where count is the same (329) but when you expand and then look at analytics it's doing what it's supposed to do (4 feedback, 1 positive 3 negative):
