glitch with two 'In Progress' status reason for our active quotes!

Just noticed the glitch in our D365 Sales that we have two 'In Progress' status reason for our active quotes as per screeshots below! 
 
I tried to check why this might be happening (maybe a revision etc) but was not able to identify the root cause!
 
We are running:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 
2024 release wave 2 enabled
Server version: 9.2.24113.00204
Client version: 1.4.9550-2411.3

    Probably someone created it. It's probably a status reason value for 2 different status options.
    To check it, open make.powerapps.com, then open the tables -> Select the table -> Columns -> select the Status reason field and check the options there.

    Yes I agree that it is probably two status reasons!
     
    need some spoon feeding as was unable to find the table 'Columns' and this is what I have:
     
     
     
     
    Is it a question of access rights although I am set up as admin?
