Hi,
i have a list of sku's which needed to be deleted in NAV 2013.
How could i get this done, without searching & deleting every single item of the list?
Maybe fill a (yet) not filled field for the list of articles by rapid import.
Then find and delete all items on the basis of the previosly be rapidstart-import setted field contents?
Has anyone does a mass deletion based on a sku-list in nav?

Create a temporary table and import all your SKU's in that table which you want to delete, then write a simple process report to loop through the records in the temporary table and if you find that matching record in the real table then execute the DELETE function.
You can delete only those items that either did not have any posted activities in non-closed fiscal year. Thus, when you delete an item, the system checks by OnDelete trigger if there has been posted activities with this item, and system asks you on each item if you really want to delete it or not. For mass elimination of item cards we usually use SQL statements, in some cases we can delete item manually from the table 27. However it is dangerous and might violate database integrity.
