Power BI Connector to CI not showing Environments or Entities

I've used the Connector to write Power BI reports several times.  Normally, when you connect, you'll see both the Sandbox and Prod instances and their respective entities underneath them.  When we're connecting now, it does the Auth handshake and connects, but there's no environment names showing up in the tree.  We definitely have data and entities, and we have data imported into the Sandbox.  This might be related to the Region issue I posted previously but just not sure how to troubleshoot:

Another thing I've seen fix this is when you have an older version of the app, updating it send to fix it

John, I had done it, but just to be safe, cleared out all the sources, rebooted machine and had another peer try to connect, we're all getting the same issue. Any other places to possibly look?

This is an issue in PowerBI Desktop where it caches your information.  Please try clearing your cache using these steps:

    1. open PowerBI Desktop

    2. File -> Options & Settings -> Data Source Settings

    3. Select "Global Permission" radio

    4. Select the "Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Login" row

    5. Click "Clear Permissions"

    6. click "Delete"
