Hi

I am using the MS teams App for HR Version 1.1.5. It works well except when trying to apporve a leave request. The bot retunrs and error with the message "External workitem completion is currently disabled". can anyone advise on how this is enabled please?

Hi Alice

Yes I did follow those instructions and the associated troubleshooting. Everything appears to be correct the only part that does not function is the ability to action an approval inside the Teams App
