I need to create a query for one of my users for a project that can pull all drivers with a driver abstract and get the date the abstract was uploaded (this seems doable as we have fields on the form for these).

But... he then wants to create an excel file to calculate the expiry date as the upload date (field above) PLUS add 360 days to that number then set the comment field to Pass or Fail which he would get from another source and manually update the excel worksheet.

Then he wants to know if we can automate the updating of the checklist for each contact on the excel worksheet.

Or another suggestion to get to the results he needs.

I have only done basic workflows in the past and not often so I am unsure how to attempt this or if I can do everything above. any suggestions?

This needs to be done without code as well.

thanks. so would this be considered a bulk export or can I export to excel online option if I created the results in a view?

Hi,

Automating this process require code, but if you are looking for code free solution you do this manually. One possible option is to export data based on the query in advanced find and export it in to excel where you can update data and reimport back this data for updation.
