Hi Team,
 
I have successfully generated a self certificate & Admin provisioning tool as below -
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
But when trying to login in UI got below issue
 
 
I can see in Azure the application Id is different.  is it the issue?
 
 
 
Kindly let me know How I can resolve this issue.

    Make sure that DynamicsAXBatch service is started.

    Where did you get the application ID you used for the self-signing certificate? In case you have another one for the app registration, then yes, you used the wrong one. Try using the application ID you found on your tenant.

    Andre - As you suggested, this below application id need to use for generating self-signature certificate instead of Azure app registration application id.
     
     
     
     
    Amine - Yes. Batch service is in running state only.

    Hi,
    According to the error, a client ID (i.e. Application ID) that is not mentioned or entered incorrectly is displayed in the application. Therefore, the authentication request contains an incorrect client ID and Azure AD cannot find the app, causing this error.
    Please check if the link below is helpful.
