Hello all,

In Tools (Advanced Settings in D365 CE) is there a way to know what is the Table Name for a particular Entity?

I have searched tirelessly in /Advanced Settings/ to see if the Table name is mentioned in Entity, but with no remorse.

In fact, there is a lot of guessing involved. For example, Case Entity has Incident as a Table, which is not straightforward.

Thank you

    Hi,
Incident is the logic name of the case entity.
1.check it through the URL when you access this entity view/form.
    2.Entity reference documentation:
    3.Advanced settings
    Customizations > Customize the system
Expand Entities to find the one you need.
    4.Install Table definition browser solution:
--You can use the Table definition browser to view information for all the tables/entities your Dataverse environment.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
