Example 1:
Internal comment: 'John usked me to dploy the slution to Prod at 10pm on Saturday! I finishd on Sunday 3am!!!. It was a nightmre.'
External comment 'Planned deployment to Production'.
Example 2:
Internal comment: 'I am only recording 4h. Actually I traveled for 6h.'
External comment 'Travel'
Example 3:
Internal comment: 'John, Anna and Martina'
External comment 'Lunch - 3 people'
External comment is often used in the detailed list of time entries/actuals/invoice line details included with the invoice. I hope it helps.
