Dynamics 365 Sales Professional with Sales Insights add-on. I want to cancel Sales Insights, how do I do that so it doesn't mess up my whole system?

Hi everyone,

We had an issue about 6 months ago where I could no longer import our main solution into production from sandbox, and after 6 weeks with Microsoft support we never were able to resolve it.  The issue was that after some update, Microsoft added Sales Insights to sandbox, but due to some error they didn't add it to production.  I finally gave up after 6 weeks of back and forth with Microsoft support, and just signed up for Sales Insights which finally resolved the issue and added it to production.

I had added things like the Assistant to some forms like Accounts and Opportunities as well as set up Lead/Opportunity scoring and other features of it.

However, we don't use any of these features.  It has been 6 months and my team just doesn't use any of it and doesn't find any value so I feel like we're just wasting money on this.

How do I cancel it without messing everything up?  I realize to cancel I just cancel the licences in the admin portal, but what happens to all the forms that contain Assistant or other things like that?  Will they just disappear, or am I going to start having issues where it complains about dependencies again?  I mean worst case if I cancel and it goes to hell I can always sign up again but I'd rather not have to do that.  Just thought I'd check though if any feedback.
