Hi Everyone,
we have migrated from CRM 2015 to 9.0.6.9 On-Premise last week. In version 2015 it was possible to mark a record in a sub-grid and email a link to it. An Outlook mail opens up and the link to the sub-grid record shows up correctly.
In version 9.0.6.9 this is not working as expected. The Outlook mail opens up but there is no link in it. It just shows: <>
Any suggestions?

That’s an oob functionality.
Example: On our account form we have a sub-grid where it shows the related contacts. If I mark one of these contact records and righ-click it I can choose Email a Link. When the new mail opens up a link to the contact will be included. At least in CRM version 2015 where it looks like this:
In CRM 9.0 there is no link included within the mail. It only shows:

hi can you please explain how you are doing this ? is it a out of box functionality ? or something custom developed?
