    Are you perhaps trying to do this on a sandbox environment without functioning marketing license? We have the same thing in our dev/test environment without full license, but it works fine in production environments with a valid license.

    Hi,

    When a new data protection is created, the Respect Consent is indeed locked, as it is designed to be.

    You need to enter a name and save it, then the field will be unlocked.
