You have a problem with CIL.
Try compiling X++ (the whole application), making sure that there are no errors and generating full CIL. The try services again.
Dear Martin Dráb ,
This issue has been resovled by taking backups of ax then delete the backups of ax DB model and again restore it and restart and Refresh AOS services.
