Hello,
I am having trouble using the out of the box feature (Automatically) Convert to Customer Assets.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/field-service/create-inventory-adjustment
I have completed the work order BFP, the status of work order is Complete - Posted and the the field 'Convert to Customer Asset' is set to yes.
Help!!

Still doesnt work. Nevertheless, I update the line status to used and tried again. Nothing.
