Copilot Controls

I have added the Copilot sidebar to a Custom App. In the responses we run into words that are being censored by Copilot. Are there any setting controls available to users of the Dynamics Copiloot tools?

    Hello jfwarren-nz,

As of now, there aren't direct user-level settings to control the specific content generated by Copilot in Dynamics 365. The model's responses are primarily influenced by the data it's trained on and the specific prompts provided.

However, there are a few general approaches to potentially mitigate issues with censored or inappropriate content:

    1. Refine Your Prompts:
Be as specific as possible in your prompts to guide the AI towards the desired response.
Use clear and concise language to avoid ambiguity.
Provide context to help the AI understand the specific requirements.

    1. Leverage Feedback Mechanisms:
Use the feedback options within the Copilot interface to report any issues or inaccuracies.
This feedback can help improve the model's future responses.

    1. Consider Data Privacy and Security:
Ensure that the data you input into Copilot is sensitive and doesn't contain any confidential or proprietary information.
Be aware of potential privacy implications and adjust your usage accordingly.

    1. Monitor and Adjust:
Keep an eye on the quality of Copilot's responses and adjust your usage as needed.
If you encounter persistent issues, consider contacting Microsoft support for further assistance.

It's important to note that AI models are constantly evolving, and Microsoft is likely working on improving the filtering and moderation capabilities of Copilot. As the technology advances, we may see more granular control over the generated content in the future.

    Hi @jfwarren-nz,
Will it be possible for you to share the prompt/words where you faced this issue? Also in case you have got the list of words/terms which are getting censored by copilot?
