How to trigger a workflow in a Business Process Flow for Case Entity

Hi

Can someone please assist me in achieving this task. So i have a requirement that there are different Business Process Flows attached to the 'Subject' field in 'Case' Entity.

Which means that when a 'Subject' let say 'Membership plan' is chosen then the Business Process Flow will consists of the Stages naming ' <Stage 1> < Stage 2> <Stage 3>\

and when the Subject field is chosen to be " Accredited Practitioner Changes" the BPF will consist of different Stages< Stage 4> <sTAGE 5> <Stage 6> <Stage 7>

it means that on four types of Subject field , four different BPF should excute and display on Case Entity.

and when the Subject field is chosen to be none than no BPF will execute.

I try to do this by applying a condition that says (Subject Equals [Membership Plan or Advanced Reports]) as shown in the below screenshot. but not sure is this the right way to do this. or should i have to implement some kind of workflow. Can someone please assist me in building one as these things are quite new to me.

    Hi Aisha1985,

Yes, this is the right way to do this. Otherwise, you need to create several BPFs and switch them based on the Subject field.
