Schedule Board - Cannot drag and drop to an accurate time

Apologies if this has been asked before, or if it's a simple resolution but we've been told by our implementation partner that this is default behaviour for the product and I want to be sure.

When dragging and dropping requirements onto the schedule board, it's practically impossible to drop them at the exact time you want them. For example the board is set up to show one day at a time, horizontal display for each resource, showing by hour. You drag a requirement to drop it at 10am but instead you'll get 09:58 or 10:02 for example. It seems like we've not quite got something set properly.

    Have you changed this schedule baord setting to 1? This will make it so you can schedule it by the exact minute. Or is this a bug you are experencing when you schedule the booking the minutes are slightly out?

    Please make sure the Time Resolution has been properly configured, this lets you schedule resources in more precise time intervals:

    Thank you guys, both of you, that was definitely the answer I was looking for, I didnt know the impact of that setting and it seemed our support partner didn't either. Thanks again
