Birthdate reminders

I have setup a birthday reminder flow its working fine but issue is that it only reconizes birthdays from current year and it doesn't take action for past years

 

For example 10/08/2021 is working fine but if the birthdate is 10/08/1986 doesn't work,

 

Can you someone please advise how can I fix this
