Log and report on login and logout time for customer service operator

Hi,

 

We have a requirement to log in the system the login and logout time for the operator... I wonder if there is an easy way to achieve this?  I guess Audit will tell when user accessed the system but something not easy to report on...

 

Any thoughts on above?

    Hi partner,

    You should use XrmToolBox plugin named User Audit Viewer

    (https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/plugins/BDK.XrmToolBox.UserAuditViewer/ ),this will give you access time of users.

    (1)Before doing there steps, you need check ‘Audit user access’ in System Settings.

    (2) Download XRM ToolBox:https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

    (3) Once you have downloaded and installed it, then connect to you crm environment.

    Insert organization url and passward, you can connect successfully.

    (4) Go library to install User Audit Viewer.

    (5) Go tools to select it and edit it, you can export results in this page.
