Hello Experts,

We have a custom requirement to send Outlook meeting request from D365FO. Also point to note is this customer has D365FO on premise version.

We need to be able to input:

To email , Subject, Body text, Start/End datetimes etc

and this should reach to the destination as Outlook Meeting Request (not a simple email message).

We already achieved to send email with attachment of calendar object with datetime on it. But the requirement is to have  Outlook Meeting Request at the destination.

I could not reach to any code for D365FO to be able to send Outlook Meeting Requests.

Appreciate if anyone can help.

Thanks

In case you don't get a working solution, you can explore C# code for your requirement.

Thanks I already saw this post earlier. This post is talking about AX 2009 and using COM component.  I tried it on D365FO and it didnt help at all.

    Our requirement is for D365FO.

    Any further suggestions?

Hi, I'm not sure how feasible it is to create in F&O. But it can be done in Power platform.
