When I start Batch Order it gives me an error Start job is added to the batch queue and the status is not started and thats why picking list is not generating

I'm not sure what you want to hear from me. Of course that you don't have a problem with a batch if you don't use any batch at all.
@Martin Drab After Review I Unchecked the field Batch Processing and after unchecked the issue has gone I dont know what does this issue means and how Its gone please tell me.
Please review categories you've selected for this thread. You're claiming that it's about things like Enterprise Portal or Connector for CRM, which doesn't seem to be the case.
"Start job is added to the batch queue" doesn't sounds like an error to me.
If this batch doesn't start, what about other batches? Maybe you don't have any batch server available.
