It seems like someone tried to log in to GP but unintentionally using someone else's username (because they forgot to change it) thus locking out their account after x amount of failed attempts.
How do you go about unlocking the locked user's account to get them back in again? I couldn't easily find out how to do it.

Hi Zeph,
please make sure the following steps to be configured as shown below.
1) Go to Tools --> Utilities --> System --> User Activity and then Delete the User who is locked out.
If this doesn't work out
2) Go to SQL, Run the script below in DYNAMICS Database
DELETE FROM SY00800 WHERE USERID = 'XXX'
---Replace XXX with the User ID
